FIELD OF USE - The filter is suitable for extracting dust and chips produced by wood working processes and for positioning on a briquetting machine.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE - The contaminated air, full of dust and chips, enters the settling chamber where the heaviest particles are drawn off into the filter cone by the force of gravity and then, into the briquetting machine container. The finest particles are separated from the air by the filtering sleeves. Thus, the filtered air can be discharged from the top of the filter. The upper part of the filter houses an electric vibrator to clean the sleeves which runs for about 10-12 seconds at the end of each production cycle.

STANDARD SUPPLY - The PFB filter is standard supplied with an electric fan, hardware for assembly, sleeve locking bands, electric vibrator, filtering sleeves in pure cotton, filter and electric fan coupling, counter flange for the electric fan, electric control panel, use and maintenance booklet and CE marking.

Optional accessory: Polyester satin sleeves.
