FIELD OF USE - The filter is suitable for extracting dust and chips produced by wood working processes in small to medium companies.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE - The contaminated air, full of dust and chips, enters the settling chamber where the heaviest particles are drawn off into nylon bags by gravity. The finest particles are separated from the air by the filtering sleeves and the filtered air is then discharged from the top of the filter. The upper part of the filter houses an electric vibrator to clean the sleeves which operates for about 10-12 seconds at the end of each production cycle when the electric fan is idle.

STANDARD SUPPLY - The PFC filter is standard supplied with an electric fan, hardware for assembly, sleeve fastening bands, electric vibrator, filtering sleeves in pure cotton, filter-electric fan coupling, electric control panel, assembly instructions, use and maintenance booklet and CE marking.

Optional accessory: Polyester satin sleeves.
